Their connection to the area deepened over the years through multiple real estate transactions, eventually leading to their permanent relocation in 2022 after Gail concluded a distinguished 30-year career as a longshoreman at the ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles.

As Executive Assistant to Matt Johnson and Team Coordinator for The Johnson Group, Gail brings exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills honed through her decades of experience in a dynamic, fast-paced industry. Her firsthand experience as a client gives her unique insight into the emotional and practical aspects of real estate transactions, making her an invaluable resource for both the team and its clients. In her role, she manages transaction coordination, client communications, and assists with the team's signature events while ensuring operations run smoothly.

Gail is deeply involved in the Bend community, where she and her husband are active members of their local church. Case Study: Strategic Preparation Drives Above-Ask Offer in 6 Days

A stunning Mountain Modern home on Awbrey Butte offered everything discerning buyers seek: striking contemporary architecture, panoramic Cascade Mountain views, and a prime location in one of Bend's most desirable neighborhoods.

While the home had exceptional bones and location, our team recognized that in today's competitive market, potential alone isn't enough. To command top dollar and attract serious buyers quickly, the property needed to showcase its full potential through meticulous preparation and presentation.

We began with comprehensive interior updates, installing new carpet throughout the home and applying a complete interior paint refresh. Every detail mattered, so we deep cleaned from top to bottom, inspected and verified all plumbing, and replaced every light bulb to ensure optimal showing conditions.

The exterior transformation was equally thorough. We updated the exterior paint, implemented a full landscaping refresh that included branch trimming and dead tree removal, and laid fresh mulch throughout the beds. To enhance curb appeal, we stained the front door, power-washed all patios, and had the windows professionally cleaned. We also cleared outdated planters and removed elements that no longer served the property's presentation.

Finally, we partnered with Karrie Bomstad of Staging Spaces and Design to create warm, inviting interiors that helped buyers emotionally connect with the home and envision their future there.
